职位描述:

主要职责：

负责来访客户接待，电话接听转接；

负责新进员工考勤卡、餐卡的办理，员工门禁系统开通；

负责每天快递的收发登记，各部门寄出的快递明细统计核对及费用申请；

负责每月公司员工考勤、加班年假时数、餐费扣款的统计；

负责办公用品、劳防用品、工作服的收发；

负责巡逻系统的数据采集和保存；

负责与工作内容相关的各类文件资料归档管理；

岗位要求：

女，，形象气质好，语言表达能力强，性格外向，自律性强；

条件优秀者，中专以上学历亦可，有团队合作精神，服从领导的安排，有相关经验者优先
